Package includes:
- Custom design of a unique HTML capture/squeeze page with 1- or 2-column layout
- 1 matching thank-you page based on capture/squeeze page design
- Coordinated color scheme to reflect your signature business colors
- Design of matched set of supporting graphics (for up to 3 graphics) if required eg. custom buttons, icons, dividers, etc
- Layout design of lead capture form/box — Form codes provided by client
- Insertion of capture/squeeze/thank-you page copy (for up to 3 x A4 pages of submitted copy)

IMPORTANT - Please also note the following:
- Questionnaire for client brief: Furnished upon receipt of order
- Free design edits: To be used within 30 days of receipt of initial design draft (and not exceeding 20 minutes per edit)
- Additional design edits: $80 per hour
- Additional design concepts/re-designs: Request quote
- Additional templates/template variations: Request quote
- Additional content insertion: $25 per A4-sized page
- Logo design: Separate charge - see “off-the-peg” logo design package
- Copy: Package excludes copy writing/editing/re-writes — Copy provided by client and must be fully proofed prior to submission as all materials will be inserted "as is"
- Scripting & script installation/integration works: Request quote
- Upload of files to client's web server: Request quote
- Setup & configuration of client's mailing list/autoresponder account: Request quote
- Images/photos/illustrations: Only royalty-free/stock materials will be used in your designs unless client specifies otherwise
